The Network is an invite-only service in San Francisco and New York. Tell it what you're looking for, by text, and it finds the people, small groups and events that fit, then helps you actually meet.
How it works
- A member you know vouches for you and sends an invite.
- You text with The Network's agent over iMessage or SMS. It asks a few questions and learns what you want.
- When there's a good fit, it asks you first. Introductions only happen when both people say yes, and you message through The Network until you both choose to share numbers.
Text messaging program
How you opt in. You join only by accepting an invitation from a member or from our team. When you accept, by replying to our first message or on the invitation page, you agree to receive text messages from The Network at the number you provide. The opt-in wording you agreed to is recorded with the date and time.
What we send. Conversational messages from The Network's agent: replies to you, introductions and plans you asked for, scheduling, reminders and check-ins for plans you accepted, and occasional suggestions within the limits you set. Message frequency varies with how you use the service; by default, unsolicited suggestions are capped at two per week, and we never text during quiet hours in your time zone.
Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages; you'll get one confirmation and nothing else. Reply START to resume. Reply HELP for help, or email help@ntwrk.love.
